Office supply chain Staples began selling the Apple TV and Apple accessories via its online store in late February, and by the end of this quarter, it will also be selling them in its brick and mortar stores across the United States. The company’s CEO announced the move today.

Although Staples doesn’t sell Apple’s Macs or iOS devices, it does sell the Apple TV and all the Apple accessories you need for the devices you already own. That includes iPad Smart Covers, EarPods, the Magic Mouse and Magic Trackpad, and even networking gear like the Airport Extreme and Airport Express base stations.

But right now, these items are only available to order online, so there’s little benefit in buying them from Staples as opposed to Apple. But by the end of this quarter, they’ll also be available in Staple retail stores across the U.S. So if you don’t have an Apple store nearby, you can pop into Staples instead.

According to MacTrast’s Managing Editor, J. Glenn Künzler, Apple products are already available in his local Staples store, so it shouldn’t be long before they’re also on sale in yours.
