Facebook has pushed out a pretty big update to its iOS app that brings a notable new feature: free voice calling for users in the U.S. and Canada. The same feature was brought to the Facebook Messenger app last month.

Other additions to the app include redesigned buttons for liking, commenting, and sharing posts in the News Feed.

The voice calling can be accessed from the chat menu that slides in from the right side of the app. Tap a name, the “i” info button, then “Free Call.” Both users will need to be on the most recent 5.5. version of the iOS app to use the feature.

Facebook’s official app is quickly becoming an all-encompassing communications tool. Audio messaging was also added to the app several weeks ago. Video calling is all that’s left on mobile.
