Review: Voices Is Today’s Best Thing Ever, Grab It Now While It’s Cheap

New on the App Store is Voices from the clever folk at Tap Tap Tap. You can guess what it does.

Open it up, pick a silly voice. Helium is pretty silly. A microphone appears and the app even clears your throat for you (try it, you’ll see what I mean). Now speak your brains, and hit the big red Stop button.

Voices does a bit of thinking, then plays back your changed voice. Kids will love it. Your boss will love it. Your family will probably love it for about 10 minutes, and then start hating you for it.

Best of all, you can send your silly audio to Facebook, Twitter, or by email to pretty much anywhere else. (I wondered if it would work when posted to Posterous – and yes, it does.)

Voices is available right now for an introductory discount price of 99 cents. Go get it.
