macworldbug SAN FRANCISCO, MACWORLD/iWORLD 2013 – When you walk onto the Macworld Expo floor you’re immediately assaulted by a cacophony of iPad cases and stands. Everyone thinks they have the perfect solution for you to rest your iPad on.

Honestly, a lot of the iPad accessories here are pure crap, but I roamed around the floor all day and this is the best one I could find. It’s called the Desktop Chair from Moku Woodware, and it’s the only iPad stand from Macworld I might consider buying.

Each Desktop Chair is handmade from natural wood. It has a very simple design that can be used as a stand for your iPad or iPad mini so you can use it in conjunction with the Mac on your desk. You can even use it as a stand for your MacBook Air or MacBook Pro when they’re hooked up to an external monitor.

It’s got clean lines. Looks good. Shoot, you could even use it to hold books when you’re studying or cooking. Because it’s both simple and versatile, it’s a pretty decent value at only $38. It’s not going to change your life, but it could make things a little bit easier.
