Ape Entertainment Announces Temple Run Comic Book With Limited Collector’s Edition

You’ve got a bit under six days left to get your grubby little Temple Run mitts on the first issue of the new Temple Run comic book, published by Ape Entertainment and Imangi Studios. This limited collector’s edition is only available for a limited time and is print to order only, which means that come November 5th, you’ll no longer be able to order it again.

Unless you buy it from someone who ordered it now, of course.

The limited collector’s edition of Temple Run #1 will have a full color, card stock wrap around cover, the first two digital issues of the comic–24 pages in all–printed in full color, and 4 extra pages of sketch material by artist Anthony Vargas. You’ll also get a limited edition “Guy Dangerous Adventure Club” membership card and a 6×9 inch full color print poster (with 15 random orders getting an original sketch by Vargas on the back). Plus? The first 1,000 copies will be signed by Vargas himself for no extra charge.

The entire bunch of goodies listed above will set you back $14.99, but doubtless it’s worth it to comic collectors, fans of Temple Run, and anyone interested in this wild, disruptive iOS game business happening right now. Disclaimer: I totally just ordered me a copy. Head on over to the ordering page to grab your copy via PayPal, and take a little time to preview the artwork with the embedded previewing tech on the page.
