Sometimes 10-digits can be a few too many numbers to remember or too boring to want to remember. That’s why Sprint has decided to spice up your phone number with its new StarStar Me service. Forget those boring digits and have people call you using a unique name or handle. Perhaps all your friends know you as the baconater and you want to keep it that way. Simply sign up for the number **baconater and allow anyone with an iPhone or Android-powered smartphones to call you by dialing **baconater.

The **number doesn’t replace your actual phone number, it simply routes calls to your existing number as well as allowing for a number of other cool features when used in conjunction with Sprint’s StarStar Me app. Enjoy features such as:

  • Automatically send custom text and audio message replies to calls — for example, “Sorry, but I’m in a meeting. I’ll call you when I’m free.”
  • Send callers your contact info
  • Ability to block specific callers
  • A call dashboard
  • And more!

Sprint customers can have up to two StarStar Me numbers and the service costs $2.99 a month (which can be cancelled at anytime).

I’m assuming these handles will fill up fast, so you might want to hit up the source link below to grab kutekitty before it’s gone.
