Real, Ringing Alarm Bells For Your iPhone

Ding-a-ling! Wakey wakey! If you have trouble getting up in the morning, why not become a tech blogger? Just kidding. We work, like, super hard. What you really need to do is buy yourself yet another gadget, this time a physical bell for your iPhone which will emit a thunderous TRING at breakfast time.

It’s called the iBell Mini, and it comes with the best unintentional innuendo of the week:

There is also a mini version, which is just a bell “head”… [emphasis added]

It connects via the dock connector, so it will neither work with the iPhone 5 (without the adapter at least) nor will it charge your iPhone. There is a cradle version available which will plug into an AC outlet, though.

It gets better: You want instructions in the box? You got ‘em. But with this amusing caveat:

Instructions: Japanese (but self-explanatory)

Yes, self-explanatory instructions. Whatever next?

Should you want to wake yourself at some ungodly hour in order to get out of the house and do you job or whatever, then you can buy a “bell ‘head’” for just $38, available November.
