Steve Wozniak In Australia = Upside Down Email Icon [Woz In Oz]

Following reports that Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak is planning to move to Australia —  a county which, as everybody knows, is located on the underbelly of the Earth and consequently has had its gravity reversed, resulting in a native race which walks around upside down — we’ve discovered that he’s already fitting in by using a topsy turvy icon and name text in his emails.

Earlier today, I emailed Woz to invite him onto our CultCast podcast. I laughed my head off at the email that came back: Woz’s avatar and his name are upside down, indicating that Woz is in Oz.

Woz is famous of course for his sense of humor and practical jokes. It’s not clear if this is a permanent change or only when he’s travelling down under. He said he couldn;t’do the podcast because he’s getting on a plane.

Here’s what his signature looks like:

ʞɐıuzoʍ ǝʌǝʇs 

Too bad there’s no upside down Apple in standard unicode.

I would use an upside down apple logo too.
