The Apple TV expands its reach in Asia.

Following the launch of the iTunes Store in an additional twelve Asian countries earlier today, Apple has also begun selling the Apple TV in a number of these territories, too. The set-top box is now available in Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, and Vietnam.

Of the twelve countries that received the iTunes Store this morning, only these four can now purchase the Apple TV. Although Apple also operates online stores in the Philippines, Taiwan, and Thailand, its Apple TV is yet to arrive there.

As for the remaining countries (Brunei, Cambodia, Laos, Macau, and Sri Lanka), there is no Apple online store there, but it is unclear whether the device will be offered through third-party resellers.
