Stylish Bag Turns iPad Into An Offensive Weapon

The new iPad’s pixel-dense screen might be enough to stop a bullet already, but if you want to make sure of the job, you might consider the Radical iPad bag from Finnish company Normincies. The Radical consists of three parts: the Cordura nylon bag, an aluminum shield and a detachable carrying handle. And it might be the perfect bag for carrying your iPad through a dodgy part of town.
The nylon sleeve has a pocket for the iPad as well as space for your phone and other small sundries. It can be used alone, or — when you need a little extra protection — in combination with the L-shaped aluminum shield which clips into place using snap fasteners. It might not really stop a bullet, but it will certainly protect against knocks, and with the carrying handle also attached you could swing it at a mugger’s head and cause quite a bit of damage.
The bag is “coming soon” and will retail for a rather steep €150, or $200.
