How does this compare with RapidWeaver, its closest competitor?

  • howie_isaacks

Sandvox is CRAP! It’s very unwieldy. If you don’t like the templates, they’re a pain in the ass to mold to your liking.  For something so annoying to use, it’s way over priced.  You’re better off learning some basic coding skills, and creating your own site.  Freeway Pro would be a much better choice.  At least you’re free to not have to work from a template.

It’s crapware.  That’s how it compares.  Rapidweaver is still restrictive, but it’s actually possible to make modifications to their templates as needed.  Also, there is a very large number of third party templates available.  I think WordPress beats them all since there is a much larger community of WordPress users and developers who are all very willing to help.
