Starting at precisely 12:01 A.M. tomorrow, Walmart will start selling a limited supply of new iPads at its 24-hour locations around the United States. Apple’s doors aren’t opening until 8 A.M., so you’ll have the opportunity to snag a new tablet before everyone else.
Walmart has said that it will have WiFi-only iPad models available at midnight, so don’t make the trek in your footie pajamas expecting to get a 4G version. These type of ‘limited supply’ sales usually begin and end very quickly, so you may want to show up a little early for any chance at purchasing an iPad. If you can wait until 8 A.M. tomorrow, retailers like Target, Best Buy, and RadioShack will join Apple in selling the new iPad to the masses.
