Laptop Hunter Parody: Can I Keep the Cash Instead?

To answer Microsoft’s controversial “Laptop Hunter” series, Landline TV parodies the series by sending homeless Frank out to seek a computer. (NB: put your headphones on, some of the language/images are NSFW.)

He loves the Macs (“these are beautiful”), finds the PCs insulting and wants to take the cash instead of getting a PC. Doubt it would ever fly with Apple execs, but it’s a lot more convincing than the latest “Get a Mac” ads.

    Oh, please!

Yes, Apple should be more aggressive, its ad is mainly directed to people unhappy with Windows instead of the world. But … People do not like to be told what to do!

If you look at the war between Pepsi and Coca Cola you’ll understand Apple move.

Do not tell people What to do, never what to do, but what they are losing.

MS still NOT get it, for them as with all MS fan boys and girls it is Mac fan boys and girls to blame, or the cult or the Cool.

keep in mind that Apple didn’t have anything to do with this. it was someone having a laugh on Microsoft. and to their credit they left in the price ding on Apple. just added the point that Windows machines aren’t as great as the ads claim. which is how some folks feel. and those folks are the ones that matter to Apple cause they are the ones that will lay out $3000 for an imac and accessories without blinking.
